Of course he didn't NEED the Decision for that,
but no way you can tell me you wouldn't have done the same if given the chance. I am sure he already gives Millions to charity, but why not use your clout to get others to donate as well. The Decision itself was stupid, but using it to raise money for a good cause redeemed it, even if only by a tiny amount.
