I know IND might have the greatest reputation on this website, however I wanted to spend a little time and discuss my experience with them over the years of having an M.
Recently my right side reflector got stolen and I ordered another set from them. The package came right away flawless as EXPECTED paint matching and etc. Its amazing the care they take wrapping up such a small item. It was wrapped in microfibers then bubble wrapped. Ive ordered several expensive things from IND and they never seem to dissapoint ever! Ive even called and spoke with members of IND to discuss things about my car and they are so knowledgable.
I just really want to say thx for being such an asset to the BMW community, I think every company should operate like you guys. Love your business strategy and you guys have gained a customer forever!
