Nope, it included room, food, drinks, some water sports (kayaking, windsurfing, etc), and all the entertainment. The stuff like ATV'ing, swim with dolphins, snorkeling trip was all separate that you signed up for at the expedia activity desk or hotel activity desk. They weren't bad at all though. ATV'ing, which was my favorite part of the trip, was only ~$60/person.
