I've NEVER heard of any S65 failure except yours, BUT you messed at least with the ECU (per another of your posts). Besides, I'm not certain, but to change anything on the engine requires recertification. And somebody would know by now.
Unless you have solid proof, post away, but rumors like this because you're disgruntled due to BMW not covering your engine under warranty are totally unacceptable man
