Here's a pic of my keys. The key on the left is the M3 key and is non-CA. The key on the right is the 335i key and is CA. All 3-series/M3 keys are the same so the 335i CA key looks exactly like an M3 CA key would. As someone said above, the only difference is that the CA fob has the removeable cover on the back so you can change the battery since it is not rechargeable. On the front side they look identical.
Note: the icons on the back are just stickers. I put them there so it is easier to tell the keys apart with a quick glance (The 335i key used to have the girl icon, but I switched with the wife's key at some point for some reason).
