+1 I agree. It's completely her fault. What's scary is soon her son will be capable of killing someone and potentially nothing will be done to treat his mental state between now and then...
On the other hand, pepper spray isn't exactly the most dangerous substance, though definitely a scary one. Why scare a bunch of kids in an elementary school?
