the first is a Tag Monaco, it contains an ETA 2892 movment with a Dubois Depraz chrono pack attached to it. It beats at 28,000. It is more noticeably "chunky" seen close up, but I find overall it's fairly smooth when viewed normally.
the second watch is a Zenith El Primero which is an in house movement that beats at 36,000. You can still see the jumps, but it is much more fluid in it's movement, especially when viewed normally and not under a macro lens.
