Not so fast. I will definitely get the tire warranty. The first nail I got in my 330i run flat after only a few thousand miles...was so near the sidewall, no shop including the dealer would repair it. Cost of new tire mounted and balanced...$500. I highly recommend the tire warranty to anyone.
