I make all of the LeatherZ boots. Personally.
I just got my E90 M3 last Thursday (hence I recently joined this site). Boots are coming. The M boot is M3-specific, the e-brake boot is common to the other E9x cars.
ZHP knob is the logical choice for a shorter knob. I can make them in alcantara or leather to match boots.
