Now, be prepared for another meeting with your boss after this. Directors/VPs are usually full of crap in this case, and probably will side with your boss on this.
I still cannot believe that an ass would tell you that way -- you need to work 10-hour days...

I'd look around, there are many other great companies.
BTW, what specific industry you're in? How much of experience you have?
