I've spent some quality time in a V-8 Touareg (1st Gen) and its counter part Cayenne back when they 1st came out. I did not think P version was that much better. Yes, it handled slightly better but not to justify the cost difference between two cars at all. May be things are different now.

i can agree with this. drove an early cayenne thinking i would be wowed and the interior was terrible and i wasnt impressed at all.
