That's all nice and well, but the core problem is not only the guy at the top of the food chain.

If the top executive isn't willing to shake up the entire structure or foundation of his company (including firing anyone who isn't getting the job done) then nothing will ever truly change.

The hardest part in running any company, is knowing when you simply have a bad business plan...or the wrong people to execute it.

The 360 Forged brand name will continue to languish aimlessly until some major internal renovations occur.

360 Forged's negative "Q" rating is extremely high right now, and that has to be dealt with in a much more direct way. The new chief executive can do this, assuming he has any competent business advisor's on the payroll.

If 360 forged doesn't get a handle on this asap, there won't be anything left to save...
