"real" truck guys will probably scoff, but check out the Honda Ridgeline if you need a part-time truck like vehicle. I've had mine for 5 years with ZERO issues or major repairs. It's more comfortable than a body-on-frame truck, seats 4, and will tow a car hauler. It ain't pretty, but it's the Swiss Army knife of vehicles.
