My concern with 275 is that the rear wheel will look stretched while my concern with the 295 is that there will be a 40mm stagger vs the stock 20mm.

Any advice?
FYI your offsets are incorrect. CH-R's are 10.5 et25 in the rear (et 20 is not available) and 9" et 20. I would skip the 9" version and get the 9.5" et35 version of the CHR for the front and run either of the following:

255/35/19 and 275/35/19 tires which will be equally stretched front and rear. I would run a 12mm spacer in the front but it probably won't be necessary unless you have KW suspension.

275/30/19 and 295/30/19 which will sit very square front and rear. This would be my preference but you will need some negative camber and spacer in the front (15mm spacer for KW suspension and 12mm spacer for all other suspensions).
