Damage to front air scoop

Hit a piece of a traffic cone on the highway in my 2011 E92. It put a nice little, quarter sized (25 cent) dent in the lower lip of the front bumper's air scoop and spider-webbed the clear coat back to the plastic mesh insert.

I'm considering my options and was curious if anyone else on the board has dealt with similar damage.

Is repair possible for the plastic or fiberglass that composes the front bumper?

If not, then a new bumper is in my future. Do OEM bumpers or the ones made by Vorsteiner, IND, etc., come painted or are they bare?

Thanks!
