I got a little curious myself about how screwed up your wheel was. And my suspicions were correct and the tech completely did it wrong. Here are two videos that may shed a little light on the proper way to do it and also how to properly use a road force balancer.
What I thought was really cool is that the newer machines will even tell the tech where to rotate the tire on the wheel to reduce weight offset.
