Why so riceist? I don't think it matters if the SA is Korean or not, they can be just as shady as any other SA.
I'm Korean, and my most trusted SA and tech are Caucasian and Filipino.... Doesn't seem like a language impediment is the issue at hand here as you seem to be able to read and write comments on this forum.
