Anyways, nice effort. With raised rev limiter to 8600, v=207 is possible (talking from experience). Adjusting that to 5% difference in actual speed and speedo, puts it at ~197 true speed. But keep trying, you'll get there. Try finding a downhill portion of the autobahn to make it happen faster.
