No harm, no foul. Just be glad you didn't have them installed last Wed-Thurs when we had the torrential rain! However, with the full tread depth I'm pretty sure you would've been ok - I've been caught out on Michelin PSCs during a track event at VIR and I survived!

I've been to Summit Point with my client who tracks an E36 M3 there (as well as VIR) and I can certainly see how that can happen very easily at the track.
...off to the garage to make the change.
