While the M3 chassis is decent as far as balance, its limits are way too low to stick that much more power in it, and that is something you can't change no matter the mods. I have RE-11 tires on mine and even then the lateral g's are still only about .95, and the car isn't flat enough in the corners.

What the M3 really needs is 400lbs less weight, and be able to achieve 1.0g's without needing R compound tires and stay flat while doing it.
Are you using stock suspension? If yes, then there lies your answer for getting over 1.0g.
