I think most people are interpreting the Mark-Up wrong. If it's marked up 30k, it means that they really don't care about selling it. They want it in the dealer showroom. The mark-up generates attention. The will lower it when they really want to move it. As for right now, it doesn't look like they care. But they will move it if someone is willing to throw money at them. No problem in that.
