Ok I just opened my phone to save you the time: 1-800-831-1117 (I used to call every day).
If both of those don't give you much info then ask your CA "wtf is up w/ my car?". I'm not sure if having a production number means you have allocation or not so oc.bmwusa.com may or may not work.
