The stock headers are quite good - you could get an aftermarket set, but it's probably not worth the gain for the price.
If you're not going to be tracking the car in hot temperatures, a pulley is not a bad idea. We also have software for those with a pulley to address the steering being too tight at low speeds caused by underdriving the power steering pump.
