GTI in Euless has re-opened (
http://www.germantechnologyinc.com/index.php) with the same people doing the work. I've seen some of the stuff they have done, and it's very good. Stuarts has a good rep, but I have no personal experience with them.
I've heard that GTI isn't necessarily speedy.
