I've only tried the RD Sport Springs. Did find them to be a marked improvement over stock. Particularly at higher speeds. Bumps didn't upset the handling as much. I thought I was going to sacrifice some ride quality, but was pleasantly surprised that it was more smooth with the RD Springs. The drop was quite nice as well.
