I was working a deal with Tom @ Tulsa BMW in OK and came VERY close to closing the deal. However, I found out through a BMW dealer partner in Pennsylvania that the car was sold and returned immediately do to a transmission problem with the DCT. This information was not disclosed to me by Tom/Tulsa BMW. I have since backed out of the deal and I advise not to deal with them if this is how they do business.
