What he said. I started using it when I started working 10pm - 6am. Took a dose right before getting off work and if I dont keep myself busy I'll be out in about an hour. If you keep yourself distracted it takes longer to really kick in so take it and try to sleep. Works great, but it helps to make sure nothing will wake you up for at least 8 hours to get the most out of the stuff. I tried taking some on a plane to pass out for the flight but once the bitch in front of me slammed her chair back into my head resting on the snack tray I couldn't get back to a deep sleep.
I also tried unisom, but didnt like the way it made me feel.
