I am fairly new to the forum. I am waiting on my new E92 (in transit). I live in Montgomery County and I am currently pushing around a GTR (no front plate). I have a thread on the main site about the quick release license plate holder that I have seen on the MFest forum. Check out the forum and the video(MFest). I have been pulled over once in D.C. and I would like to get the quick release holder and not drill my bumper.
