New connecting pipes are $500 but you will be able to get them significantly lower through a dealer. Regarding the length, see 6spd's comment. However, I have a current buyer who has an E90 and states there will be no issue.

Thanks for your offer but it's much too low. However, yes, the rear would bolt up to the stock pipes.
