Dry carbon means the entire thing is made from CF.
Wet carbon means that they lay down a CF weave over the shape of the object you want to be "wrapped" in CF. Then they need to go through a process to cure it and cover it in a layer of clear coat and stuff like that...thats where alot of poorly made wet carbon will develop bubbles and bumps, the manufacture cheaps out on clear coat.

True you get what you pay for
its alot of work to overlay to insure no bubble and perfect fitment-
UV protectant and the parts get clear coated with auto grade clear that also has UV blockers .
