As said above, you are better off keeping it. Getting that amount for a stock M3 bumper with will very likely require repainting by the buyer will be touch. Bubble wrap it and put in the same box your new bumper comes in. If you every decide to sell later on it you don't need to worry about people assuming the car may have been hit.
