Never warming your car up completely is very bad for it. I had an air cooled porsche that had milky colored oil (water in the oil) due to condensation forming from the rapid heating and cooling. Never bringing the car up to temp doesn't give the water from condensation a chance to boil out of the oil.

Changing the oil very often helps in these conditions.
Yes, thats very true. I usually drive the fuck out of my car on daily basis (after work/off days) and change my oil every 3-5K miles so no issues yet. I dont rev past 3K before i get to work either.
