Sounds like a smart idea, OEM, and the correct one. When you eventually sell it (or trade) stock is better than modified. I too am sort of on the fence, as my warranty is up in March 2013. To wait for the next gen M3, buy a 2013, or switch cars all together. GT3RS is a canidate.
