Yeah. Even at the tallest setting, there was still some play in there, the tech thought it might have a chance to fly off in a turn. I saw it myself, and when I called Ground Control, the mechanic was assured it wasnt an issue.
Bottom line was that he refused to install it, citing safety issues.
