I think less weight at the nose may also be a reason for the switch, whether it will be a all out change of policy to supercharging I doubt and it might only be on selected models where the benefit is to be had.

I think both have benefits and negatives but I feel both are the most logical choice over N/A engines in this present environmental climate.
