I am not sure on the offsets, but the fronts are 9.5" and rears are 11". With Any wheel on an m3 how concave it can be is limited by the car. I would talk with HRE and go over your requirements and they will make a wheels that is close as is possible given the limitations of the car.
Plus the HREs are super light
