Just drove the C63 coupe. BMW definitely has a real competitor for the E92 now.
I'm not saying one is better than the other because,well, apples and oranges.
I do think the merc is a better daily driver as its comfort setting is way more comfortable than the M3.
I would have to say, and I know I'm gonna get crap for this, if you don't ever track your car, the merc is probably a better buy overall.
The E92 is, well, the E92, a beautiful performance coupe designed for the track but trimmed for the street. The merc is just the opposite, designed for the street, trimmed for the track.
Just my two cents.
