Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't mind paying 300 for a set of AE's, as long as the price is justified in terms of quality in parts and output/brightness.....

I've read of weisslicht's working on a V2, but it's been a few months now and no updates from jlevi regarding this, alpine is also supposedly coming out with an LED set-up, but no recent updates for that either....


***I've read that some actually tint their front headlights a bit with HID AE's to get the look they want as without the tint it's just too bright....

obviously "brightness" can be subjective and definitely hard to capture truly and consistently with a camera......
