I feel that is a lot of money for a base car. I personally would look for a more optioned out car with similar mileage and a manual. I feel you can get a loaded, manual car, under 40K miles for $44.5K. For the car you are looking at, I would offer no more then $40K tops. Its the end of the year, and winter is here.
