I also switched to the RS29s for this track season. I had already gone through two and a half sets of the StopTech Street Performance pads with my ST60/ST40 BBK setup. The Street Perf pads worked well on the track for 20-25 minute sessions, and were quiet on the street, but they sure wear quickly!

I'm leaving the Pagids in for the track season; we'll see how it goes. I'm trying to keep an eye on rotor wear, as suggested above. I would assume increased rotor wear occurs on the street when the pads are in an abrasive mode as opposed to a bedded-in, adherent mode. And, sure enough, Pagid street use=abrasive mode=noise.
