To corroborate Abdul's statement, here is a pic of a solid-topped plenum still in the bottom half of the mold, untouched by any post-processing. Very happy with this result.

PS: Yes, the minor imperfection on the right hand side of the plenum will be completely eliminated through wet sanding and clearcoating, of which we apply three coats.
