With winter tires you typically want to go down a size so the tires tend to plow less thru the snow which increases traction and stability. Although I wouldn't run all-season tires on the M3 in winter, I'd still recommend going down a size. I believe Tire Rack recommends winter tires in the following 19" sizes: 235/35-19 and 255/35-19.
