Let's see if it's possible to make sense of the mess. First of all, I don't see anything wrong with people voting on behalf of another person if they have come here and stated the car owner is not a forum member. There's no reason to distrust the people who were honest enough to say they were voting for somebody else who wasn't a forum member. It doesn't mean the car doesn't exist nor that the engine didn't blow. Therefore, their votes should count. But I will try to make sense of all of the mistaken votes, and the votes that we know aren't in the totals.
