I started thinking about the M3 -vs 997 2 years ago, and got on this board.
Heaps of external (board reading, discussions - not all productive!) and internal debate ... then call to dealer literally 9 mths prior to ED, so the pregnancy allusion is not without merit. Shop around and then committed 4 mths prior.
Didn't get the cheapest deal but then, not always about every cent, right? I'll recall this experience
long after I think, "hell I could've chiselled a further $1,500."
