Same here. My local powder-coating guy says it's best to use ceramic powder-coating. He said it does not weaken the wheels, and forged (like ours) even less.
I'm also looking for an expert opinion on maximum temp and such, to throw something concise to the guy, and make sure it's going to be done right.
I much rather powder-coat than paint, especially in the desert southwest; otherwise I'll be touching up wheels every weeek, and don't want that. I have enough with the rock chips in the front
