To me, Eibach looks better unless you like the more slammed look of the H&R up front.

H&R drop is 1" front, .6" back
Eibach is .8" front, .6" back

You may see slightly different numbers posted elsewhere but the main difference is that H&R goes lower than Eibach up front. All the pics I've seen posted here has led me to conclude that Eibach has the more ideal-looking drop whereas H&R goes too low up front in my opinion. Also, the Eibach will ride more similar to stock while H&R is noticeably firmer if you like that.
