Oh, the car will oversteer with -3.5 in the rear if the front and rear sway bars are set to do so. Why so much rear camber? So you can put the power down early in the corner increasing exit speed. The key is to get the nose to bite and stick without under steer. This takes a little time to dial in perfectly even for the very best race teams.
