I'm having the same problem. I'm using USB thumb drives formatted to fat32. I've followed the directions on this forum, made sure nothing is corrupted. Double checked the MAV5.
But no matter what, my car doesn't recognize the thumb drive when plugged into the glove compartment. The thumb drives lights up, but nothing.
I've tried using different thumb drives but still no luck.
Any clues?
