I have seen 200E, 220E, 231E, and 240E. I don't recall seeing 210E. So 200E is three (or four, if 210E does exist) versions behind 240E.
There are no mapping changes I see that would prevent bucking when cold. A lot of this is pilot induced (although it's not really the drivers fault).
Turning the cold start off all the way reduces this by a very large margin. With the cold start on, I can make my car buck with throttle input, or I can carefully 'manage' my throttle position which almost totally eliminates it.
