Yes its a 2003, but all 2003,2004,2005 (pre-facelift) and even 2006's+ (post-face lift) had the same motor 6.0L V12 at 440hp and 445lbft torque

They changed it from the 745i/Li to 750i/Li in 2006, because the 4.4L V8 in the 7 series was a disaster!
